    装配式建筑是建筑产业现代化发展的必然途径,对其相关基本的概念性知识有必要进行普及。为加强建筑工程人员、教师及相关专业的学生有关建筑转型升级、建筑产业现代化发展的新观念,必须要强化装配式建筑的概念性知识学习。本书是高职高专工程管理类专业规划教材,是培养土建类专业学生的工程造价职业能力的核心课程教材,因此,本书在编写时,力求能够反映高职高专课程和教学内容体系的改革方向,注重理论对实际运用的引导,强调解决实际问题的能力和创新意识的培养。
